Shane heads up Trueline Patios & Extensions and is always on the hunt for new business to keep his team busy. Shane contacted LDN with little understanding of what letterbox advertising might do for his business.
“Initially, I contacted LDN because I wanted to trial the direct mail medium to ascertain its effectiveness for Truelines product offering,” he said.
LDN consulted with Shane to determine the best areas for his distribution. The LDN team conducted a basic targeting exercise to surface the areas that were most likely to represent a customer that might be looking for help with a design or home extension.
The first letterbox campaign was delivered to 150,000 homes and as a consequent of its success the quantity has increased to an average of 300,000 flyers delivered every month. “I was satisfied with the overall value of LDN’s range of services”, Shane commented. “Another reason I was encouraged by LDN’s services was the customer targeting data they had access to, which gave us the ability to identify the most appropriate homes to target to achieve best possible results.”
Shane has been working with LDN since January 2011 now, and Trueline branches from various regions all over the country have started to piggy-back the targeted letterbox drops to maximise the success of each letterbox advertising campaign.
